Syphillis. If you completed the full treatment for syphillis, you can get pregnant. Make sure you have been screened for other STDs and practice safe sex.
Yes. Having had syphillis does not mean you can not conceive.
Maybe. Syphilis by itself differs from some of the other STD's in its pattern of action. Unlike chlamydia or gonorrhea, it does not attack a woman's internal structures and make many sterile. Syphilis does enter the blood stream and invade other body parts, and active disease during pregnancy can infect/kill /injure baby. If cured and no injury from other STD's, you and baby should be fine.
