My snoring has gotten worse. A sleep specialist said my espphgous is narrow/obstructed and going to do a sleep study; until then I can’t get a good sleep. It feels like a “snorting” at the roof of my mouth (not my throat). Any advice? Surgeries?
OSA. As part of your due diligence see an Orthodontist. You may have constricted pro-nasal airway.
