In brief: Pregnancy symptoms

Symptoms could be due to false pregnancy (pseudocyesis) in which psychological reasons cause the body to have symptoms of pregnancy when not pregnant.
Sometimes the pregnancy test is not sensitive enough, faulty or not done correctly. Should recheck the test. Possible ovarian and other hormonal conditions that can cause pregnancy symptoms. Need a work up by a physician to determine the cause

In brief: Agree with Dr, M

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause.
If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

In brief: Pregnant or not?

With history provided, viable pregnancy is not likely.
Get a serum HCG test to be certain, but if still negative, see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing, including a pelvic ultrasound.
