In brief: Major differences

Psychopath= a person who exploits others without concern for whether they are hurting the person (i.
e. Not having a conscience) ("sociopath" is an outdated term for psychopath) borderline personality=is typically a long-standing set of traits that cause extreme and chronic relationship problems narcissistic personality=long-standing belief and acting that one is superior to others.

the malignant narcissist comes very close to be antisocial and often worship money over people.. Many so-called borderlines are antisocial, but since we tend to use this more as a diagnosis in women, we tend to give them the benefit of the doubt, listen to their stories of abuse and fail to label them the antisocial personality disorders that they often are.

In brief: Disorders

A psychopath/sociopath are the same thing as antisocial personality disorder.
this is a person with no real conscience or sense of right and wrong. Borderline PD is the person who has a disturbed sense of self, is emotionally volatile and over the top, impulsive, terrified of abandonment, is black and white in their thinking and self mutilates. The narcissist is the grandiose, egomaniacal person.
