Pain mid-upper left side of side, and just under left shoulder blade. Touch does not reproduce any pain. Indication pain is from an organ? CT normal.

Sounds. Muscular. The CT would have identified a thoracic disc. Most organ pathology would be negated. Try NSAIDs and light torso exercise!
