No. Butt cramps are usually related to the muscles of the buttocks like the glutes. They have no bearing or very little on colon function and physiology.

That's not normal. The fever is the worrisome part. It is possible that you have a chronic abdominal infection from the surgery. An abscess may drain through the colon and out the ostony.
