Just had cryotherapy and am not supposed to use tampons, but can I use a yeast infection treatment with an insertion?

Check with your HCP. It may be wise to wait for any internal treatment until you contact your healthcare provider. Cryotherapy of the cervix may be associated with a significant discharge following the procedure. Check with your hcp first.
