In brief: Recommend

a colposcope exam of the cervix to look with a 10x magnification of cervix, for potential pre cancerous cells that can be treated to prevent cervical cancer.

In brief: Needs follow-up

High risk HPV warrants close monitoring with repeat PAPs or as has been suggested, a colposcopic examination to identify any abnormal areas and treating those.
In any case, please follow your doctor's advise for follow-up.
You should still take HPV vaccine to prevent infection with other strains of HPV.
