I woke up this morning feeling weak and my body is achey. My throat and lungs aldo feel painful.No fever this was a very fast onset what could it be?

These symptoms are only a few hours old, the painful throat probably is a pharyngitis (a throat infection, usually viral, especially since your body is achy).
Gargle with salt water gargles, take acetominophen (tylenol) or Ibuprofen (advil) as long as not sensitive to those and drink a lot of water and clear fluids; you'll likely be over it in a couple days. If not....Right....See your gp.
