Does not having a clear and sticky discharge from my vagina means I’m not ovulating? I instead have a clear and watery discharge? Should I be worried?

No. That is a subjective finding and must be learned as it is easy to misinterpret clear, sticky, watery, thick, etc.
If you are concerned, use an ovulation predictor kit or simple monitor your cycles. It is not possible to consistently have menses of regular flow and normal 28-29 day timing with out ovulating regularly.
