My doctor looked at my genitals and said it was herpes. I waited 20 week to take igG herpeselect blood test and it was negative for HSV1 and 2. ?

if IgG testing was done "20 weeks" after the diagnosis of Herpes I or II, and it was negative, it is unlikely that the episode was due to Herpes.
IgG antibodies follow IgM antibodies and are very specific for Herpes I/II. See your gyn if symptoms reoccur for other testing.
