Do potassium blood levels change as fast as glucose blood levels? I have premature beats worse when K is low jw if my levels can be normal one day and back low the next, has been down to 3.1 but idk whybI take a ppi but no other reason I can think of

Low potassium levels. Usually the body regulates potassium levels well, but certainly both underlying conditions, such as kidney issues and medicines you take, can influence the level. While your level of 3.1 is not dangerously low, it certainly is a concern if you're experiencing multiple lab reports with low values. You should make an appointment with your doctor to discuss this. Also look at the PPI use.
