In brief: Symptoms

Various symptoms with onset at same time would suggest some type of viral process or perhaps an allergic reaction.

In brief: CSF Leak??

Although likely not this entity, an occult skull fracture could be the cause of this episodic rhinorrhea.
An ear, nose and throat specialist can be the first step. The danger is that if the CSF gets infected, it can be life threatening. Avoid this catastrophe please!

In brief: Nasal discharge

May also consider reflux which can cause c/p and headache.
Consider ranitidine as it will help reflux and allergic symptoms. Elevate head of bed .As noted may be infectious process as well, if you had any head trauma see a doc today. f/u/ w /md

A diagnosis without an exam has a high liability for error. .A sinusitis plus an upper respiratory infection have more chance to be correct, explaining the urine color on the basis of dehydration- Seeking the help of her doctor is recommended, specially if symptoms get worse
