Fad claims and diets etc., aside is broth nutritious and is it useful for those who have to temp restrict carbs/calories?

Vegetable and bone broths are very nutritious but I would only use organic veggies and meats- esp.
avoid animals that were fed non-GMO feed, ideally use grass-fed beef or organic chicken.
