I'm on the Ketogenic diet for 3 months. Very diligent in eating below 20 net carbs and moderate protein and vegies but low weight loss - suggestions?

Diet. People are metabolically different and some people respond to a particular diet better than others. In general though a low glycemic diet is a good choice for most. Also, no matter the diet, including exercise and life style choices all add up.
