What are good ways I can focus my attention and combat add?

Small steps. Reduce other distractions (no tv, text, phone, internet, radio (sometimes)) break down tasks into small parts (eg, tell yourself you can do 1 or 2 small parts of a task and take on those first). Use a timer - set for 5 mins at a time and stay on task for that long at a time, then reset it. Get enough sleep and eat healthy foods, exercise daily, turn off devices when doing work. You can do it!
