Hit my toe there was blood/a small clot towards the tip of my nail but it did not break Is there a chance it will NOT fall off since it’s attatched?

Possibly. Loss of the nail is common if the clot applies enough pressure underneath the nail that it removes its blood supply. That is more common if the clot is near the base or covers the whole nail. Smaller clots just stain the nail underneath. It takes months for the nail to grow out (1-2mm/mo) and the stain moves forward over time. .
