Can i use tranexemic acid for prolonged but light menstrual bleeding...i did take it last month for the same issue..

It will be generally safe to use.
For very heavy bleeding it can be taken up to 5 days, but for just prolonged bleeding you should only need it for a day or two. If it works you will not need to continue and if it doesn't work there is no point to continuing.
