I just had a flat wart frozen off with liquid nitrogen (top of foot). A sizeable blister has formed. How long will it take before the blister heals?

In brief: Varys individually-

-but wait it out, in time it will burst, and antibiotic ointment and cover it.
Shower daily and keep up the same treatment.
, until healed. If you have access to silvadine ointment it’s better.

In brief: 10-14 days

Usually these blisters heal in 10-14 days.
A "sizeable" blister takes longer than smaller ones, and depending on the amount of fluid in the blister it could heal even faster (7 days if there's only a little fluid!). Try to avoid popping the blister. If it does pop, keep it clean and covered with a bandage to avoid infection!
