How Long will I live with Chronic lymphocytic Leukemia? I am 30 years old. I am ZAP-70 negative and I am in stage 0. The disease in indolent and not aggressive.

Not to Worry. If a single case makes any difference, I've had CLL since my 30s and am in my 60s, still Stage 0, of course no treatment.
I expect a cure to be given to Stage 0 patients in ten years and near 100% successful treatments to those with progression in the next five years.
Continue to have FISH tests every few years to keep track of your risk factors. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Soc. has support groups.
