First get in contact with your personal support group.
A friend, parent, pastor, etc. to help you work through the day and day ahead. Then contact your doc & arrange a visit or see if s/he has a suggestion for a life coach/therapist/psychologist so you can do some work. If you feel numb, or would do something self destructive go to the ER.
