This is probably a dumb question. But can anger issues be treated with medicin or something? Or do you need to go to a therapist?

In brief: Both

Depends on the underlying reason for the anger.
Could be from depression, concussions, personality conflicts, amongst other things. Many times a combination of medications & therapy works best. First you need a good evaluation to figure out what's going on.

In brief: No dumb question

There is never a dumb question.
" it's better to pass for dummy one time rather than the rest of our lives.". Medicines may help but probably both ( therapist and medicine )are better.

In brief: Yes and yes

Yes medications can sometimes help with anger issues to the extent that they may calm you down or level things out.
Some medications that may be used are depakote, risperidone, quetiapine or Hydroxyzine but there are others. With therapy and hard work, you will understand your triggers and replace anger behavior with appropriate responses - and that lasts a lifetime.
