In brief: Aphthous ulcers

I have had luck with three things.
Observation as to whether the ulcer came after a specific food such as orange juice. Also the use of acidolphus rince of the mouth such as mixing lactinex with water and swishing. Lastly kenalog (triamcinolone) in orabase applied locally twice a day.
