What does it mean by this findings: Apicolordotic view shows focal right suprahilar haziness probably due to pneumonitis, follow up study is suggested?

Pneumonia. The radiologist describes lung findings which could be inflammation and, therefore, pneumonia. If your physician agrees, a course of antibiotics will be prescribed and after treatment a follow-up chest xray will be obtained to see whether the lung abnormality has cleared. If not, further studies will be suggested to determine the nature of the xray findings. A pulmonologist may be then consulted.
