Yes. . There are several over the counter products that may help. My favorite one is called Natural Vitality Calmful Sleep and it is a lovely blend of magnesium, l-theanine, and GABA with some melatonin to help calm an active mind and promote longer, restful sleep. Melatonin works for some patients (3-5mg, chewable or dissolvable work better than swallowed) and Benadryl and anti-histamines usually help.
