HR almost consistently over 100 for 3 days. It got up to 120 bpm once. Was diagnosed with arrhythmia and tachycardia. ECG was normal and did not go over 100. Could this still be heart related or another issue? Holter next if it continues.

In brief: Yes

The EKG only reflects that moment in time.
Even then a resting heart rate of 100 is not normal. Suggest you consult a cardiologist.
