Why do I get a tingling feeling/sound on the back of my neck when i'm hungry? It sounds much like rainsticks and it disappears when I eat something.

In brief: Probably OK

People reacts differently to hypoglycemia and this might be how your body warns you of progressing hypoglycemia.
If it goes away with eating, i wouldn't worry about it. If it is becoming more consistent and not relating to hunger and not improved with eating anymore, i would have it checked out by your physician.
