If you have genital warts do you have hiv?

No. Genital warts are caused by human papilloma virus, not hiv. They are two totally different viruses. That said folks with HIV are more prone to warts due to lowered immunity, and those with sexual practices which expose them to genital warts ( unprotected sex, unsafe sex, etc) exposé themselves to a greater chance to contract hiv. Be careful and practice safe sex.
