Cluster of canker sores forming near the inside of my lip. They won't stop growing on the inside of my lip. I was wondering if it is because of stress? What should I do? They look like Herpetiform canker sores because of its description.

In brief: Could be

could be recurrent intraoral herpes.
The only upside to this is your form of recurrent herpes is that they are n the inside of the mouth & not on the outside on the lip which is very visible, ugly. These lesions are self limiting & will run their course uneventfully in 7-10 days. & they do come about with stress.
