In brief: Depends
Some skin will tighten up with exercise and building muscle mass after weight loss.
If you have a tremendous amount of hanging skin, you should see a specialist in that area to see what options are available to you. My recommendation would be a board certified plastic surgeon with a good reputation in your locality. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion. Congratulations and good luck!

In brief: Excisional surgery
Unfortunately exercise and weight loss lead to skin excess when this is done on a large scale.
There are no exercises that can "tighten" skin and ultimately most people who have had massive weight loss end up needing excisional surgery.

In brief: By having an ASPS
Plastic surgeon do a contouring operation.
Other than living with it, no other good option exists.

In brief: Surgical removal
The excess skin can be removed from the face and neck, breasts, arms, abdomen, buttocks and thighs.
How many of these areas can be safely addressed at one operation depends on the amounts of skin to be removed and the overall health of the patient. One or two areas at a time is safest, in most cases. Patients prefer the scars that result to the excess skin in most cases.

There are many procedures designed to treat exactly this problem. Excess skin of the abdomen, thighs, arms, and breasts can all be corrected.

In brief: Surgery
If your younger with elastic skin the passage of time may allow things to snap back, otherwise excision for larger areas or some heat modalities for smaller area will help.
