What is the difference between ectopic atrial tachycardia and focal atrial tachycardia?

For all intents and. purposes, they are the same thing. A fast heart beat driven by tissue in the top part of the heart that is not the sinus node. If it is ectopic then it is NOT the sinus node but somewhere else. If it is focal then it is localized but still not the sinus node, somewhere else but more discrete.
