My leg joints ar stiffened up, I ran 15km Sun, I ran 6 tuesd, yestday I did 7.5km, today I did 3km, my joints just keep getting worse, any remedy?

My 1st guess is that ou are pushing yourself too hard.
Look at your hydration and diet. Are they sufficient to support such physical stress?. Next, try a supplement such as glucoasamine and/or MSM. These are usually helpful and more is not better so follow directions. Have your doctor check out your electrolyte levels, including calcium and xray the troublesome joints
