Is C reactive protein and/or sedimentation rate always elevated during acute rheumatic fever? What about BNP and troponin in carditis?

Any symptoms? CRP is one of the markers for rheumatic fever. Troponin would be elevated if there is carditiis. BNP may or may not be elevated. You may consult this site for more info:
