Wear looser clothes, take off some weight (if that is the cause) & avoid prolonged standing & walking.
Acetominophen or nsaid’s can help with pain. Sometimes corticosteroid injections, tricyclic antidepressants & anti-seizure medicaitons are used. Surgery is rarely necessary.
