1 doctor agrees

In brief: Yes

Sometime you can develop scar tissue from curettage ,so anyway hysteroscope is a good way to evaluate

In brief: Natural miscarriage

If you had a natural miscarriage without a surgical D & C procedure to follow, then Asherman's syndrome is an exceedingly rare occurrence Hysteroscopy will provide insight into the possible cause of any scar tissue if seen.

Severe post miscarriage endometritis(infection) untreated can also cause Asherman's syndrome.

In brief: Asherman's syndrome

Asherman's syndrome can be caused by extensive scarring of the lining of the uterus, usually as a result of serious infection.
A "natural" miscarriage is not generally associated with such. It is unlikely that Asherman's is present, especially if you are now having fairly normal periods (3-5 days if not on oral birth control).
