Had a steroid injection in wrist for possible carpal tunnel yesterday. Is it OK to use flonase for my allergies or do I need to wait a bit?

In brief: OK

It's ok to use your flonase at the same time.
A corticosteroid injection for carpal tunnel syndrome does allow some dissemination of the medication into the system but not in therapeutic amounts. That is, the medication injected into your wrist won't relieve nasal allergies.
