In brief: ? dry nasal cavities

which the most common cause for nose bleeds , especially in winter, try to humidify her environment, use saline nasal washes before she goes to sleep, if still happening, better see an ENT specialist, wish you both wellness

Dr. Hegab is perfectly correct (as usual!). Also, to allow the scab that forms over nosebleed to stay in place, tell your kiddo not to rub her nose or sniff or blow, or pick it. It is normal to want to pick it because it feels hard and uncomfortable with all that blood in there. Tell her to try her best not to, though.
