After stretching heard a popping in my neck area. Pain in base of skull/top of neck, sharp stabbing pain in one spot of left side top of head, and pain on left side nose. Went away after adjusting position, putting pressure on back of neck. Migraine?

In brief: Cervical neck

the pop may have been a separation of the Uncovertebral ligaments or the release of a negative pressure thought to be between the vertebrae.
Radiation to your skull-vertex area may be a greater occipital nerve injury or compression. The pattern is unlike a migraine.
