Breast Ca 2011 had lumpectomy+Chemo+Radio. Mar-2017, Angiosarcoma appeared & treated by Mastectomy. Sep-2017, 2nd occurrence of Angiosarcoma treated with split graft. Now, 3rd occurrence (No metastasis).Doctor suggested rip resection+Full graft. Agree?

Need more than surge. Angiosarcoma is a dangerous cancer, so it needs to be controlled fast before it starts to spread at distant sites.
You should not rely on surgery alone as you have already witnessed its failure more than once.
Consult a medical oncologist or a sarcoma specialist who can first treat your Angio with chemotherapy, then do surgery(good excision...it does not have to be radical. Local Radiotherapy may.
