I have been having slight burning while peeing for past month. Recently developed slight blisters at tip of penis and just inside the penis it’s self.

In brief: See below

If sexually active, your symptoms and blisters are very suggestive of possible genital herpes and mild burning with urination for the past month suggestive of possible co-existing STD-related urethritis (GC or Chlamydia).
Recommend thorough evaluation and STD panel testing and avoiding sexual activity and contact until then to avoid possible transmission.
