just want to ask some details regarding the result of my ultrasound "Hyperchoic solid mass size 5.9CM x 2.4 cm x 4.3 cm adjacent to middle kidney?

Difficult. to get specific without additional details. In general, uniformly hyperechoic well defined renal masses usually turn out to be benign fat-containing tumors called angiomyolipomas(AML). However, sometimes malignant lesions can have a similar appearance. Generally CT and/or MRI would be the next step, AMLs have a very typical appearance on those modalities. Talk to your doc about next steps.
