I have a headache and sharp pain in my stomach?

Migraine. Migraine headache is the most common type of headache in all age group, it is any episodic headache associated with one of the following autonomic symptoms: nausea, vomiting, light and sound sensitivity. Commonly migraine is associated with stomach upset, nausea and vomiting.
Could be migraine. Migraine could be associated with GI symptoms like that.
