Headache. Sounds like a Migraine headache. These are accompanied by pre headache visual changes, nausea, and sometimes vomiting.
There are both preventive and daily meds available after you have been thoroughly worked up with imaging tests, and exam that can prevent the headache pain.
Not sure how the ear ache fits in with the Migraine. That s why need to have exam.
