I am experiencing trouble sleeping (quality: difficulty staying asleep) (worsened by: psychological stress). The following also describe me: Insomnia and Feeling anxious. What should I do?

Doctor Visit. Stop all coffee and any smoking after 6 pm. Try to set a sleep routine like go to bed at same time. Turn on Tv or turn off TV sometimes helps with sleeping. If partner in bed need to work it out so not getting you awake when they snore or stir. Lots more questions. See a doctor for exam and consult.
