5 months upper-mid abd. pain/18 pound weight loss. Upper GI, US, 2 CTs, 1 MRI. UGI found gastritis, HP neg. No help from PPIs. Gallbladder ok. CTs/MRI followed spleen lesions, thought now to be Sarcoid. Could Sarcoid cause other pain? (Lungs ok.)

In brief: Abdominal pain

Your various and detailed testing only showed gastritis but your ongoing pain combined with significant weight loss suggests more than gastritis going on.
I recommend a gastroscopy with special attention to areas of the stomach where some gastric ulcers-benign or malignant are difficult to visualize. If you've already had a gastroscopy I recommend another one for thoroughness.
