My wife is 47 and bruise very easily on her legs. She walks a lot at work but drinks very little water throughout the day. Help!?

She Needs a checkup! Many things can lead to easy bruisability. Usually it makes you think about low or dysfunctional platelets, but the reasons can be minor or very serious. Some things to consider are medications, drugs, alcohol, infection, cancer, bone marrow conditions and genetic abnormalities.
Multifactorial. I dont think water has anything to do with easy bruising. If she's on a blood thinner then that's expected! if not, she maybe vitamin k deficient, have liver disease, a blood disorder whether heridatary or acquired or have thin fragile skin and lacks good nutrition! not life threatening, but i advise to see a physician.
