Toddler has cloudy urine in the morning. It seems to go away after first urine. Sometimes if it's concentrated urine it appears cloudy. He doesn't complain of any pain. Uncircumcised. It has been going on for a few months but no other symptoms. Cause?

More concentrated. Urine is named for the "urate" salts which it contains. These are byproducts of protein metabolism & discarded into the waste in the urine. The first morning urine tends to be the most concentrated urine. More concentration=more salts=occasionally cloudy. It is normal.
