If your food existed 75 years ago then it is probably healthy.
Don't eat foods with more than 5 ingredients despite health claims on the box. Almost any vegetable is healthy and low in calories. Fruits may have high calories but the benefits outweigh the downsides. Don't over indulge. Eat a goodsize breakfast, medium lunch and a small dinner and the pounds will come off. Stop eating out!
