My Iron, Serum is 156 and my Hemoglobin is 14.9. I know these are within normal ranges but still high. What can I do to bring them down?

In brief: More labs are needed

High iron may be a sign of an iron storage problem. I recommend checking a serum ferritin and further iron studies to rule out hemochromatosis.
