I'm 39. Severe cramps AFTER period, radiate to L side & low back w/some vag. pain. Lots of clots during period. S/P c-sections x3 w/tubal 4 yrs ago w/last c-section. TV US w/enlarged uterus - no fibroids (what doc thought it was). ?
